He was born in Petaling Jaya and Studied Bachelor of Commerce in Professional Accounting and Marketing. After 8 years in his accounting career, he discovered his true passion: Real Estate During his Real Estate Career Milestone, He won both the Top 30 Sub Sales Agent Award and Vivahomes Integrity Award in the Year 2020. In Aug 2021, Kelvin joined Hartamas Real Estate (M) Sdn Bhd, an agency that won MIEA National Real Estate Awards & The BrandLaureate BestBrands Awards, to be a Senior Real Estate Negotiator He works passionately and aggressively after he joined and he managed to close 3 deals worth Rm5.5 million deal within 2 weeks in Dec-2021 Hartamas Real Estate awarded him by: Bronze Award in Nov-2021 Gold Award in Dec-2021 Gold Award in March-2022 Besides that, he also completed his further study Executive Diploma in Real Estate in March 2022, a next step further to becoming Probationer Real Estate Agent (PEA) soon
