Star Residences @ KLCC developed by Alpine Return Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Symphony Life Berhad (previously known as Bolton Bhd) and United Malayan Land Berhad. Both developers are Malaysian based property developers that have been around for more than 50 years. Besides, the official contractor for this project is Samsung C&T, whereas Veritas Design Group is the project’s architect.
